Nihat Khalilzade

Nihat Khalilzade is the Head of Seoul Office at AZEGLOB Consulting Group and Director at Gangnam Global Village Center where he works for the Korean Government to support expats to live and work in South Korea. Aside from that, he is also a Community Founder at the INNOVATIVE KOREA, the company that serves as the first point of contact for expats as startup founders, business founders, managers, entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists, diplomats, students, and other foreign residents, to facilitate for expats starting their projects and contribute to the development of South Korea through commercial activities. 

In addition to his aforementioned roles, he is also a Member of the Social Integration Advisory Committee at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea. Notably, he is experienced in global business development management with a demonstrated history of working in the Information technology and expat services industry. 

He is skilled in Computer Literacy, Strategic Consulting, Team Leadership, Project Management, Business Intelligence, and Multicultural Education. He obtained a Master of Science in IT Management from Soongsil University and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Seoul National University. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, Korean, Turkish, English and Russian.
